This morning – August 2nd, 2026 – around 9:00 AM – I had the following spiritual realization:
It's always ONLY about myself – as a soul – what I AM experiencing right now in this moment. What am I experiencing right now, in this moment?
I was just in the stairwell and locked a glass door, and I noticed

that THIS, what I AM doing right now, is being recorded by a higher part of my soul

and at that moment came the realization:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I AM
• and I AM HERE
• in this time
• and in this place
• where something is happening in this universe
• and I AM here and I AM experiencing something
• AND my soul is recording ALL of this
• what is happening right now
• what I AM experiencing right now

*** Human Viewpoint ***

Is this, as a HUMAN BEING, the answer to the question: WHY do I live?
I have a body, male or female – and I AM currently doing and experiencing something. And this is being recorded by the soul.
• How I feel about it
• What I AM currently perceiving (seeing, feeling, tasting, etc.)



The soul, the I AM, records the entire situation:

• what I, as a soul, am currently doing,
• what I AM currently experiencing,
• and how I feel about it.
• Plus all the circumstances, I AM currently in.
The situation that is currently happening in this universe, on this planet.
Note: The soul records everything at all times.



This finding aligns with the questions that arise during a regression:

• WHERE are you?
• Do YOU have a body?
• Are YOU a man or a woman?
• HOW old are YOU right now?
• WHAT are YOU feeling right now?
• WHAT is happening right now?
• WHAT are YOU thinking right now?
• What century are you in right now? What season is it?



*** Meaning ***

This means that what is currently happening in this physical universe on this planet at this time is COMPLETELY secondary - the main thing is:
• WHAT AM I experiencing right now?
• WHERE am I and what is happening right now in this moment?
• Do I have a body or not?
• Am I a man / a woman at this moment, and how old am I right now?
• What is happening right now? What is the situation?
• How do I feel about it?
• What I AM currently perceiving (seeing, feeling, tasting, etc.)
• How am I experiencing the situation right now?



*** I AM" - and I AM currently experiencing something:

I AM somewhere in a time period
whether it's the 15th century, 1789, 1956, ancient Egypt, or medieval France – 2026 – this is happening in the physical universe.

*** I AM somewhere - and I experiencing something - and as a soul I AM recording what I AM currently doing and experiencing.



Examples: • France 1800

I AM a young woman, I live by a man who gives me a basement apartment where I live, and I always have to sweep outside.
I record EVERYTHING: I always have to sweep...



Examples: • Trier 1951 - all of Trier mourns

I have no body, and I, as a soul, continue to record what I experience:
Train crash near Trier - children die in train accident
the serious train accident near Kenn on June 10, 1951, close to Trier
A large memorial service – and a monument to GOD – is taking place in Trier:
• that GOD NEVER AGAIN children die
• that GOD will NEVER again allow children to die
• All of Trier is dressed in black and the shops are closed - and all of Trier is in mourning.
• and I - I AM there - my soul is recording
• WHAT is happening right now
• the funeral bells of Trier..
• Large numbers of people dressed in black at the cemetery in Trier
• EVERYTHING be records in my soul

I AM a young man, and I have a girlfriend, and we are standing in her room next to her photo pinboard and we are talking about the photos she has hung up.
I also feel at this moment: my soul is recording this:
The person, my friend, her life, her photos,
• the situation in the room
• WHAT is happening right now
• EVERYTHING be records in my soul

I AM on another planet, turtle body
Situation: I AM me. I AM heartbroken. I love a woman who belongs to another village. And that village is sending me away. My girlfriend sides with the village and not with me.
I AM frustrated, angry, upset, jealous, And I go into the desert full of anger - deliberately WITHOUT water. - I do not want anymore - and my body collapses - I AM stuck to the shell - turtle body - oh NO - I AM stuck to the shell - I AM hovering above the dead body - and I AM annoyed that I AM stuck to the shell..

I have a body, a human one, I AM a man, I bought a large apartment where I live, with a terrace and the sun shines on the terrace.
I have a daughter who is 20 years old. My daughter often visits me, almost every day, and she brings her friends with her. They love my sunny terrace and come to visit me every day.
Situation: My apartment is in a building complex, and it's built on former marine land. Where I live now, where the entire residential complex stands, there used to be the sea.
There is no more sea on this planet. I know I AM NOT on planet Earth. But there are human bodies.
It makes me sad and has preoccupied me my entire life.
There is NO ocean left on this planet.
I live on what was once sealand. Here, where I live, where my apartment is, there used to be the sea. And the sea no longer exists on this planet.

• the situation in the room
• WHAT is happening right now
• EVERYTHING be records in my soul



*** spiritual realization - Summary ***

So it's NOT about what is supposedly important HERE in life.
The situation that is important to the person is completely irrelevant to the soul.
So it's (ONLY) about WHAT I experience - WHAT my soul is currently recording.



*** Important is ***

I AM somewhere - no matter which time, which century
Something is happening in the physical universe right now,
and I AM experiencing something -
• I AM somewhere
• I AM experiencing a situation
• I AM thinking something
• I feel something
• It does not matter at all whether I have a body or not
• It does not matter at all whether I'm a man or a woman
• and ALL of this is recorded by me as my soul
• A complete duplication of the situation I AM currently experiencing in the physical universe at any given time.
