當精靈「入睡」時…

如果一個精靈（即使它沒有實體）睡著了，那麼它的狀態就非常糟糕。這個精靈在生物軀體中待的時間太長、次數也太頻繁了。

只有生物體才需要睡眠。如果精靈認為自己需要睡覺，那麼它就處於一種退化的狀態。

精靈由思想和自我意識構成。思想和創造力不需要睡眠。精靈不需要睡覺。

解決精靈問題的方法是停止轉世一百萬年，並選擇一個不會與生物人類接觸的地方居住。
