Knowledge Early Christian: Reincarnation Is a Sin

The original Christian teaching regarding Jesus was altered over time, and the Church portrayed Jesus as a Son of God — as a unique being whom one cannot emulate. In doing so, the entire original Christian teaching concerning Jesus was distorted.

An important point in early Christian teaching is that reincarnation is a sin.
Early Christian teaching was originally akin to Buddhism: souls were banished from the Paradise where they once lived — driven out and sent to Earth — with the injunction to mend their ways. Jesus came, just as other prophets did, and said: Mend your ways. We can all return to God.

People — that is, souls or jinn inhabiting human biological bodies — believe today that Jesus is referring to the biological body. Incorrect. Jesus is referring to the soul, the jinn.
The human body is merely a vessel used by the soul — or more accurately, the jinn.

It refers to spiritual ascent — the return to a better state and a better place. If the soul — or rather, the *jinn* — reincarnates over and over again, repeatedly seeking out a biological body, it falls into a wretched state. The soul, or *jinn*, comes to believe it is a human being. And so, the soul — or *jinn* — never returns.

Reincarnation is a sin. Early Christians already knew this, and it was removed by the Church.

This resembles what other prophets said, and what the Buddha said: on the one hand, the Buddha pointed to the wheel of rebirth, but his primary teaching was to step off that wheel — to cease incarnating. And this aligns with what early Christians knew over 2,000 years ago: reincarnation is a sin.
